you were guaranteed the Compeditors Tabbard (i think that the one) for simply participating in any BG. The pet was a random chance to be mailed to you on any Successful BG win.
Right, I never got it, but now there is a code person in the warriors guild for the pet. I thought you just got the pet mailed to you, not a code that you had to take to the person in the guild hall. Or is there going to be another way to get the pet other than waiting 2 years for the next Olympics to come around?
Ohhhh, you mean near the warrior trainers / battle masters?
That was an NPC that would redeem a special code only available to players in china during the Olympics. They could get a special version of the pet (different colour scheme) from a code that was randomly emailed to a few Hundred Chinese players each day during the Olympics.
