Fighter Drones is rank 8 or higher, isn't it? Fleet Commander is also.

When she crossed over, she was just a ship. But when she came back... she was bullshit!

You're right, Fighters is a 12, I'm pretty sure that Drone skills use Perception/Intelligence. Fleet Command is also a 12, but it's Will/Charisma, I think. To fly a Dreadnought, you need 2 rank 12 Ship Command skills and a rank 14, Carriers and Motherships require a 12, and two 14's. Titans require a 16, but obviously that's comparatively unusual. Anyway, most people will work up a lot more ship skills than anything else. Not that you can skimp much on Int/Mem, just that most of the skills non-specialists will train don't use them. --Dave

There's a rank 8 Corp Management skill. Drones skills are memory/perception. Advanced Drone Interfacing is a rank 8 skill as well.

I did say "Higher than rank 8". And the Sovereignty skill doesn't work, or at least it didn't when Goonfleet (the corp) had to form Goonswarm (the alliance) in order to keep growing. --Dave EDIT: Or were the names the other way around?

Ah, so you did. Doomsday Operation is a rank 14 Science skill, so that's one more obscene SP sink for Titans.

I definitely think charisma should just be dropped for anyone but dedicated traders or maybe command ship alts. For every point you spend on charisma you're 99% of the time going to be better off putting it in something else. Even if later on you decide you want to train up leadership and trading skills you're going to have saved more time with int/per/will(/mem probably) so you haven't hurt yourself. Keep int/per high if you want your options open, as long as both of those are high you're pretty well covered for whatever field you want to get into.

And most of us don't need to worry about leadership since there already enough people currently with or working on those skills.
