Mother's day gift ideas?

Racking my brains at the moment, trying to decide between an espresso machine and a donation/membership to a museum she likes.

Flowers man, flowers. Walking through their door with a big ol' bouqet is all it takes to get their little mother's heart go pitter pat. At least that is all it takes in my family. YMMV.

If your mom's anything like my mom, the espresso machine.  Definitely the espresso machine.

I think I might have worn out caffeine-themed gifts over the past couple of years, though, so I'm trying to come up with a new schtick.  It's hard to shop for someone who has no free time.

That's why this is good advice.  Flowers are great whether a person has free time or not.

The most important thing though is to call or visit and spend some time with her.
