Are there any good/decent online resources for LOTRO like Thottbot/Wowhead are for WoW?

As LotRO has no way of mining data programmatically, they're all kind of shoddy. Normally a wild Googling works best as different sites cover different topics.

These sites are inconclusive, but the closest you get really;
