Just started playing this little gem ...

Fun Fun Fun.

I should really work on getting the money to buy me a new (working) guitar though. :-D

Heard about that in a podcast last week, wasn't sure if I should check it out. Guess now I will.

Isn't it all indie stuff, though?  In other words, nothing I'd be able to recognize?  Or do they have tabs created for well known bands?

What I got from that Podcast is that you can import songs and there are already community sites up where those songs can be downloaded.

True. There are  also several song packs avaible as torrents. Judging from the file names, some are imported guitar hero packs.

For now I am having trying to "play" Iron Man. Or Ace of Spades. Or Symphony of Destruction.

there are a ho-jillion songs on multiple torrent threads out there; the only problem is that a lot of the song string pathway designers kind of suck. That's to be expected, though -- 99.5% of all player created content blows. I got into it a while back, and holding the keyboard like a guitar actually isn't has horrible as you would think, it works pretty well.

Played through the tutorial, got an <index out of range> error at the end, getting it now every time I try to play.

Ah well, did look fun, but hey.
