Personally, I don't think draft beer 'n' wireless go well together at all.  Too much chance of a drunk dial.

I traded in my fun blog for several legal blogs. Or, "blawgs," as the cutesy attorney blawgosphere likes to call 'em.

Having been drunken dialed and drunk dialed, here are my experiences:

An ex-girlfriend that I had a serious relationship with called and completely made it supremely awkward between us.

A few guy friends have done the "I love you so much mannnnn" calls.

Turn the cell phone off, sir. Your pride will thank you later.

I live by the latest Red Stripe radio ad.

"How can you love someone who thnks all reggae sounds the same?"

Draft N sucks donkey cock, basically.  There have been a raft of problems with 802.11n hardware interfering with 802.11g stuff, or simply not working with it, and several tests from various hardware sites keep coming up with the 802.11n stuff winding up slower than g.

I did some poking around, and saw that they expect the final certification to be around October 2008. It's on Revision 2.0 right now. All the vendors are saying that all of the hardware they are selling now will be upgradeable through firmware and software updates, so any hard ware you buy will still work later. Yeah right.
Moral of the story? It friggin SUCKS living in a building where DSL can not be hooked up, and where you cannot get cable due to a clueless, scared and old lady. Cellphone modem sucks at $50 a month for about 400kps d/l speeds, Mobile broadband at the same monthly cost plus the cost of a card/USB stick for 1.5 mbs. Which leaves me with a congested "free" wireless signal loaded with porn-addicted idiots keeping me from playign any online games.
