Can't decide if it is bad news or not. Depends on who was resposible for the faults in Gothic 3. I lean towards the bad news side, though.
Gothic 3 was such a huge bugfest that I at times thought that it must be some kind of MMORPG ;-). I think it was a combination of a programming team that bit off more than it could chew and a publisher that was on the verge of going broke and just wanted to get that thing out the door. Gothic 3 sold huge amounts albeit all the bugs, publisher saved, programming team canned :sadpanda:
I haven't sorted out Gothic 3 but I'm still sad they're discontinuing the series. I enjoyed the other two. I think I would actually enjoy the Gothic series on a console more than on the pc.
