Apparently they went ahead and slapped together a game without getting the IP holder's permission first.  Oops.

It doesn't seem too serious a dispute, they haven't been ordered to cease and desist all use of proprietary trademarks and etc...

I'll keep my fingers crossed that they get it sorted out though, looked cool.

I don't trust these guys. Company name is stupid, and their original IP name is stupid.

Also, they're making an XBLA game that sounds stupid.

God love that Ghostbusters game though.

I really hope they get the go ahead. Last Ghostbusters game I played was on the Genesis. And that was just too long ago.
