Yeah, how much more straightforward could that website be? When the person promotes to above 10 grades, it can choose the formal occupation, to study more special skill. However, after choosing the formal occupation, you can't changes, must be faithful till death. Different occupation have the different weapon for using and equip for defending, so the player can't spend the money at the thing that can't use!
When you choice the occupation, you had better consider the personal attribute, for example: Power, nimble high, but the low intelligence person is fit for the warrior, don't join the journeyman consortia. The Same truth, the person of high intelligence, power, nimble all low, if it be the warrior, probability of return to the hospital also would be very big. |

It's all right-click this and right-click that. The music sucks and the graphics make me want to gouge my eyes out with a grapefruit spoon. I played for an hour. You can play for a bit without paying up front (like for 29 days). Not enough Engrish. There was more Engrish in the Registration page. The home page is misleading. Don't waste your time. Voodoolily tired. |

I just looked at the actual url instead of clicking it, but I have actually played Fairyland. It's got instanced combat so when your group gets attacked it goes to a FF-style setup and you do battle that way.

Oh, there's combat. And it's turn-based. You take turns stabbing adorable ladybugs or snails and they either touch or miss you back. There are a total of 12 characters to choose from: Human Type I or II, male or female; Elf Type I or II, male or female; and Dwarf Type I or II, male or female. Customization consists of sliding a knob on a color gradient (red, green or blue) to alter your hair, suit or skin color. That is it. Not even a hot pink ponytail on a Type II Elf made me cute or happy. It really looks like it was made for the Super Nintendo. This game is hell of 16-bit. If it looked even remotely like the home page or loading screens I'd be singing a different tune, believe you me. There is no indication of who has "quests" (and I use the term loosely). You just have to talk to EVERYBODY. The first quest I got was "go find the three chests". The three chests contained a crappy newb sword, a key and an egg that hatched a DQ slime-esque pet. The "dungeon" (again, loosely) was a single hallway with three side hallways that terminate almost instantly in a dead end with a chest. This is a great MMOG if you have a five-year old who you want to train to game. It may just as well have been made by Preskool tm. I'm not a seasoned MMOGer by any stretch of the imagination, and I was insulted. I wish some of these assholes would just figure it out and make a cute, girly, Nipponophilic MMOG that doesn't suck. Who gives two shits about 'niche'? Japan has given us far stranger things. |

Post from lower in that thread (cleaned up a bit... that this guy is a father and types like this is a bit scary) I started mine off in L II. When we was playing with us in Beta he said, "Dad, show me how to attack other players." I did. Then he jumped on some dude and ran him into town. The whole time the guy was typing, "dude wtf is your problem," and at the time my son couldn't read well so he kept going. I fell out. When he went red and lost his bow fom death, it was my proudest moment. He told me, "Dad, if we get another bow we'll be back in buisness." Now that was a beautiful thing. That's just funny as hell to me. |
