Just wondering, but is buildup supposed to be that short of a duration? I mean, ye gods man, I wasn't expecting it to last too long, but 3 or 4 seconds?!? Thats like, one attack, two if you are fast......
Just wondering, does Aim last for the same insanely short amount of time?

People use buildup to buff up a sniper attack. usually results in a one shot kill on many mobs.

I can usually get off two shots if one of them is my sniper shot, or three shots if I don't use the sniper. It is a bit short, seemingly, but I can one-shot yellows, and even the occasional orange, and as long as all shots hit, I can definitely solo an orange and even a red with just aim and build-up going. So it may feel a bit short-lived, but if you do it right, it is quite powerful...

Sounds about the same as my scrapper's buildup -- two or three attacks depending on how well I time it.

With both aim and build up and one range DOE and one damage DOE in firebreath, plus a follow up with a much greater enhanced fireball I can take out a group of white and get a grouip of yellows down to a quarter or less of health at 19th...
On team missions with reds and purples this generally means I run like a scared little girl till aggro goes away.

Anyone tell. does aim have the same really short duration?
If it does, throwing up Aim, and then Buildup, aim will practically have run out by time my sniper shot goes off.
