Toontown has added a new addition - Goofy's Speedway.  It's a whole 'nother game (although inside the game).
The entrance is in Toontown Central.  Toons are given 200 tickets; toons can buy a race cart for 100 tickets.  Then toons can race and win more tickets.  New carts can be purchased with tickets, as well as accessories to make a toon's cart go faster or handle better or look cooler.
You don't need a toon of a particular level to play there either.
The racing itself is similar to Mario Kart.  Race around 3 different tracks, pick up and drop presents (like anvils to slow the front-runner, speed zips, and bananas to spin out others), hit speed zips, and so on.  Can also race each trip in reverse.  Four toons can race at a time.
It's very addicting.  Even my non-game-playing spouse enjoys it.
Toontown continues to impress me as a very basic, but very fun mmog.  Now, if only there was some sort of crafting....

							Well garsh.
The cannon game is still the most fun I've had for 30 seconds in a MMOG I think. Seeing your toon shoot out of a cannon is brilliance.

Just tried it out.  Was fun, checked out all 3 tracks.  They did a good job of making the tracks a sightly different difficulty level, the rustic track requires some skill to keep off the grass/dirt.
For somone that completed most of Burnout 3, I am just terrible.  I finished last in both multiplayer races I did.  Check my ego at the door, some of those kids are going to be terrors on the road when they get to 16.
