Ok, I haven't seen anyone post on this, so here goes.

It appears that a third class-action is pending against EA, in the state of Florida. The Boston law firm of Shapiro, Haber & Urmy is handling the case, http://www.shulaw.com/documents/complaints/EA%20Florida%20First%20Amended%20Class%20and%20Collective%20Action%20Complaint.pdf  Another 'failing to pay overtime'.

Also related to EA, several articles on the rise/strategies/reminiscing of EA.  There's one funny story, the others are full of interesting facts and possibly a few rumors for any of you EA fans/haters.  http://www.escapistmagazine.com/issue/14/4

If this has been posted elsewhere, please excuse me for being a fucktard and to the den with it.

There can NEVER be enough EA bashing.  Its like they want to out evil Microsoft.  To be the Baron Underbite to Microsoft's Monarch if you will.

EA does not seem bad to me.  That new Madden game ROCKS!

No Nerf, but I put a link to this very thread and I said that you all can guarantee for my purity. I even mentioned your case, and see if they can take a look at your lawn from a Michigan perspective.

Funny thing I've always considered Microsoft do do very high quality products when it comes to PC games.

Well, correct me if I'm wrong (Jain Zar), but I believe he's referring to the way Microsoft has tried to monopolize the industry, not their games.

Short of Vanguard, I'd much rather Microsoft be in EA's position. They've helped publish some amazing shit. Also, they sunk money into Mythica and True Fantasy Online and are working on another MMOG as we speak. Their entire gaming division is ok in my book and I wouldn't even mind them controlling the flow of sports games. Also the Windows Media Center capabilities and ipod control on the 360 is luv.

Yes.  Though Microsoft's soul crushing corporate evil tends to be towards technology in general, whereas EA's tends to be videogame specific.

And Billy G. hasn't raped my adolescence by devouring Maxis and Origin Systems, along with their own soul.  (Archon, Wasteland, Bard's Tale, Adventure Construction Set, and about a ton other gaming classics made by geniuses.)

No EA thread would be complete without the requisite Haemish hate.

FUCK EA. FUCK THEM IN THEIR STUPID LITTLE ASSES.
