11/22/05 - Xbox 360 Games

Anyone have any idea if NHL06 is backwards compatible? I can't find it anywhere that it is or isn't. I have 2K6 for 360, but I don't want to open it if my 06 will run fine as long as I pick up the HD.

That's what my roommates and I have been saying. DOA4 comes out in 10 days, and EA's hockey is just about the only sports game they do better than the rest. Such a bitch.

2k6 is the ESPN Take Two game, while NHL06 is the EA version. Which one is it you are looking for?

If you haven't tried the 360 version of 2K6 I would suggest doing so before even beginning to mock my choice in hockey. 5 times my player got stuck on.. ICE. For a good 2-3 minutes I couldn't do anything with my players and the opposing team couldn't move either. I'm sorry, if that's the excitement of 2K.. wow.
