The RIAA doesn't want you to enjoy the radio in the same fashion you do TV with TiVO.

I'm all for cracking down on filesharing and what-not on artists that don't want their music shared in such a way.  It's their music, it's their right to decide how it's distributed.  This, however, is far beyond the pale.  Let's just scrap everything invented since 1975, because y'know, it's just too much for these small minds to handle.  Yargh.

The past cannot be changed. The future is yet within your power.

Jesus Fucking Christ on a Stick. There's just some cockbiters who cannot see beyond their own fucking noses.

I get the whole "artist wants to control the manner of distribution." I understand that, as someone who wants to be a paid entertainer (writer). But fuck's sake, how far are you going to go? Do we have to have every single second of our visual and auditory stimuli recorded and billed for? If I walk past someone playing Britney Spears' latest cockfest and here 20 seconds of the song, should I then be billed full price? Otherwise, I just stole someone's song. What good purpose can this kind of thing serve? Oh, right, making rich bitches richer.

I love how they claim that because it's digital and thus "better" quality than FM, that justifies completely closing off access to the broadcast. You don't want people recording your songs? DON'T FUCKING BROADCAST THEM. Oh wait, no, that would remove your main marketing vehicle. Oh noes. Fucktards.

I am against piracy, but bullshit like this makes me want to fire up Kazaa and steal everything I can. Cocksuckers.

When speaking of the MMOG industry, the glass may be half full, but it's full of urine. HaemishM
