Yeah, I was chagrined to discover that it's not actually veal that I necessarily dislike, it's osso bucco. I tried some buffalo osso bucco last week, thinking, "Hey, I love buffalo. Why the fuck not?" All the connective tissue and grisly bits and greasy marrow almost made me gag. And I don't really dislike any food, so that's saying a lot.
