I got it a few hours ago, I'd wager the bandwidth exceeded on the distributor.  I found it at RPS.

It's a fun little game, but doesn't have perma-death from what I can see.  Not sure what the point is if I can just respawn at the entrance.

It has lives, so you occasionally get a do-over.  It's technically a roguelike, but the lives make it a bit different.
