.Hack IndeedThe short version: Glad to see security is job 1 over at Microsoft. Here is their reassuring comment to America:
A Microsoft spokesman, Adam Sohn, said the company was confident its English-language Web sites were not vulnerable to the same type of attack.
Glad to know that "It can't happen here" God, I miss Frank Zappa. Anyway, never mind the mumblings of an old guy. Onward.
Here is a quote from the article, which suggests an appalling level of cluelessness about how this will be seen in South Korea:

If the hackers are ever publically identified, I predict 24 hour protection will be required to get them to trial alive.
