Guilty, though I think it's Twiki.  I was like 2 years old at the time so all the 70's scifi ran together for me. |

Rerail - if you have not watched BSG - it's good.
I'm still thinking it's a mystery in space at this point. The mystery of course being who is a bad guy.

 BLASHPHEMER!
Nobody is hotter than Winona. That's about the only thing I'm sure about in life. I'm not even going to post a picture for reference, because it'd just make Erin look bad. And I don't want to do that. |

Listen, I've had a crush on Winona since Heathers, but has she ever worn a spandex body suit?   Huh?  Has she? |

Erin Grey's complete lack of shopliftery FOR TEH WIN.
In other news, googling "winona ryder shoplifting" produces a sponsored link to ebay.com.  Coincidence?! I THINK NOT.  Winona's empire of thieving evil is spreading to the internet.  I will now don my tinfoil hat and claim that Winona is in no way hotter than Wilma Dearing.

As if I wasn't in love with her enough already, that whole situation just sealed the deal for me. I like dangerous women. Not so much the stealing necessarily, but at least I know she isn't BORING. Like Erin Grey    edit: Oh, and by "dangerous", I don't mean the Shockeye kind of "dangerous" either. Just saying... |

 Battlestar Galactica Available for DownloadSci-Fi
Posted by CowboyNeal on Saturday February 26, @11:02AM
 from the free-starbucks dept.

blankgm writes "The SciFi channel has made Episode '33' (Season 1 Episode 1) of Battlestar Galactica available for free, uncut and commercial free, online at SciFi.com. Also available are deleted scenes from the series. Is this a ploy by the SciFi channel to grow a viewer base as well as loyalty, or an extremely bold move since the series isn't even out on DVD yet? Hopefully it's both. In either case, I believe this is unprecedented, especially since season 1 hasn't even concluded here in the states. Bravo SciFi. Keep 'em coming!"

Just thought I'd get us back sort of on topic.   |

Fuck, I didn't realize Sci-Fi was giving away the first episode for free. Very very good idea.
So after hearing all the talk about how good the series was (though I couldn't make it through the first episode of the mini), I downloaded the first two episodes. I was hooked halfway through episode 1. Now, I have to download all the rest of them.

Is the mini out on DVD?

Miniseries is out on DVD, yes. Ok, so I remember months ago getting a free Battlestar Galactica DVD when I went to a movie. I forget the movie. It was a big movie. Whatever. The theatre was giving out the DVDs. I finally popped it in the other day. Guess what was on it? The first episode of the series. |
