Anyone else run into this crap? There's a 58 (probably 60 now) rogue named Kevasha that just farms farms farms all day and then sells the rares on the auction house or spams in Org. Really fucking annoying. This person at one time was just killing the goblins in SV 24/7, but I'm sure they've moved on to Azshara by now.
Pretty much plays like a supervised bot; only responds when selling or accidentally dieing while pulling 12 or so mobs on themself. Not English either (shocker!) as you can tell from the all caps Engrish you'll get from her.
Now, I know this probably isn't illegal by the TOS of the game, but it doesn't stop it from being ass on toast. I can't wait until I have to do Azshara quests and compete with some guy that's farming it so his family can eat next week.
Stripped his female troll rogue and parked her on one of the crates outside the Org auction house. Setup easymacros to click the area where the trade "accept" box appears if anyone opens a trade window with him. Also set it to /dance every 6 minutes.
That's apparently an awful gameplay bot punishable by permaban, on first offense.
Meanwhile, there are no less than a dozen people running casinos right next to him. And the actual bot that your post talks about.
I dunno - wow strikes me as farmer's paradise. It's economy is going to go into the toilet fast. The only thing I suspect will have any value are raid drops. Even then - trading will be done with rares - since inflation may continue unabated making coin useless.
They need a Greenspan server :)

Sharing an account is technically a TOU violation (except if it's a parent sharing the account with a minor) though I've never heard of an MMORPG actually enforcing that rule.
