Anybody working for Google?

I know a non-technical person who has deleted their Google ID. They didn't realise this would also destroy their much-loved blog from a few years ago. There were also extremely important matters in their gmail that should not have been deleted. Desperately regrets the decision and wants to restore the deleted account if possible.

It seems difficult to get support for this specific issue from Google. PM me if you can help. Thanks.
