The XBox 360 controller works with it as does the Mac Catz TF4 Tournament fight stick. Just depends on how much cash you want to drop.

Don't even bother with a 360 controller. The D-Pad is ass. If you have a PS2, you can always hunt down a PS2 -> PC adapter. I have one that I bought like 4 years ago and it works in Windows 7.
