Ireland's been mentioned a few times, I didn't suggest it as well only because there are enough Americans running around there already It is really beautiful, especially (imo) the West and Conemara even more so. I'm biased though since my mother's from Galway and it was a good portion of my childhood. Farther north, Derry's a nice place to visit and Donegal and round there has some really nice scenery though it isn't really pretty more dramatic. Expensive option though thanks to economy looking like it's imploding prices may be dropping soon. You can also hear everyone talk about how they're doomed.

I'm 95% sure it's illegal here in the Czech Republic, but it's 'tolerated' by the police. Most of the clients are foreigners, and the Czechs don't want to scare the tourists away.
Other vacation spots: Thailand is always amazing, as is Vietnam. While you're in the neighborhood, fly into Cambodia for a few days to see Angkor Wat (worth taking the whole trip to SE Asia for this alone), then get the fuck out of Cambodia and go back to Thailand or Vietnam. Or Laos, which I hear is amazing if you don't need the beach.
Personally, I've always wanted to spend a month or two traveling around India. And South America, but I'll hopefully be moving there in the fall Or go to Egypt and hit Jordan to see Petra while you're there. Or spend a week in Instanbul. So many places to go...
I never did a "sex tour" but I've gone to hookers from Frankfurt, Nurnberg, Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest, and Seoul. Never gone to an American hooker, though. Something about being in the military overseas made me think, "You know what? This is okay. In fact, it's patriotic".
Frankfurt had the best in my opinion. An intentional smorgasbord of beauties. Especially the K Club outside the city.
American hookers are for the most part fat and ugly...or extremely over priced.
