Lingerie bowl called off
The Lingerie Football League has called off its game this week at the Caliente Spa and Resort near Tampa. The reason — a conflict over where nudity would be allowed.
Caliente is a clothes-optional resort, and the game was scheduled to be held at an empty field on the gated community’s property. The resort said the Lingerie Football League wanted the area around the field to be declared a “clothes-required” field.
A spokeswoman for the resort said: “I can tell them where they can’t have clothes on (the pool), but I can’t tell them where they must have clothes.”
