I just went and did an armory search.

There were 21 different "Schild" profiles.   The man loves his alts.

'Schild' means 'shield' in german, so it makes sense for a warrior / prot pally, sort of... kek.

Anytime a dish is introduced as "a local delicacy" but you never actually see any locals eating it...avoid.
