I have to work today.

For some reasons, the Korean management doesn't feel that American Thanksgiving should be a holiday :P

Also nearly made a student cry when I told him about it.  Turns out he needed to do some heavy trading and didn't realize that the NYSE would be closed.

..I want to see gamma rays. I want to hear x-rays. I want to...smell dark matter...and feel the solar wind of a supernova flowing over me...

Lol, he will never be very good at investing if he doesnt even know when the markets are open.

Why the hell aren't the markets open 24/7 365 anyways? It's like when I pull into my bank at 5:30pm and they're closed... I look arround the parking lot to see if any Horse and Buggies are pulling up.

I've decided to let the kittens decide what to have for dinner today.  We are having Chicken Livers and rice on Crusty Kibble with a Tap Water Reduction.   swamp poop

I have to be AT work today, but I don't plan on doing any of it. Come 10:30, I'll have nfl.com open and watch football online until noon when I can have a liquid lunch at the pub.

Also, this day sucks since most of the websites I venture to are based in the States and won't be updating today so I'll be twice as bored at work.

Have you tried the internet? It's made out of millions of people missing the point of everything and then getting angry about it

Not today, but I do tomorrow.  Go go silly employers.

Happy Turkey day to the rest of you, and I hope work doesn't suck too much for  ya.

GoDaddy makes folks volunteer for holidays. Sure, the pay is great, but I volunteered for every holiday last year. This year, none. I'll do Christmas though.

No work for me.  I've eaten and now I'm engaging in a Mass Effect of a different kind.
