Post by: Raging Turtle on September 19, 2006, 04:44:02 PM
Live, forum, liive!

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to share the patch notes for the upcoming balance patch that we will be releasing in the near future. We are just wrapping up testing now so I dont have an exact date as of yet. We have also addressed the Act 3 Telkiine invincibility issue as well as fixed some problems believed to be related to SP2 updates and Securom.

- Fixed Ensnare to work while wielding a staff

- Several skill descriptions updated for clarity

- Fixed particle effect artifacts remaining on the ground when fighting Barmanu

- Fixed Ormenos so that he is no longer invincible if a player does not enter the combat area and engage him immediately

- Fixed characters freezing when using an item that grants the charge ability and dual wielding

- Fixed pets occasionally causing boss chests not to open

- Implemented the ability to turn the day/night cycle on and off. Day/night cycles are currently on by default.

To turn day/night cycle off, go to the My Games\Titan Quest\Settings directory and open the options.txt file after changing any option in game. Find the setting called "dayNightCycle" and change its value to false. If the setting does not exist, add the line “dayNightCycle = false” to the end of the options.txt file.

Well, you got me playing again.  Nothing to chat about, though, I'm just killing monsters and collecting loot.

Edit: Kidding, not for a patch. But neat nonetheless.

Yes, Eve demands moer Signe. And if we could get SuperPopTart, that'd be awesome, too.

Why don't you just make girlie characters like normal gamers?

After about 8 alts, I've finally found something I like - Stormcaller.  Wheeee lightning bolt!  It helped that I found a very nice blue staff early on  :-)
