Lolz

"Hanging  Ten," Schild...HANGING TEN? How belligerent is he when he drinks? I'm guessing I'm actually missing a lot less then I would have previously thought.

Also, who let "him" in?

Oh, and I'll never understand the "t-shirt + blazer" resurgence that I thought died along with Miami Vice, but whatever.

Worming his way into Schild's E3 pictures, apparently.

Schild is gesturing to "Hang Loose". Hanging Ten is a surfing term for letting all your toes hang off the board.

They all look lovely.  The food looks lovely.  Bruce may not look lovely with that frown on his face but I'm sure he was friendly and on his best behaviour.  People seem to like him better face to face than online.  Me... I only know online people.  That's why I'm still alive, I think.

Seconded.  Since he had that avatar of Adam Goldberg, it seemed to match his writing style so that image stuck  :-D

To be noticed, dear person, to be noticed.

There are so many things that boy could do to improve his appearance.  Eat something for a fucking start.  Maybe he should be stealing from Schild's plate.

:)

Heh, I lived in Cali for a couple of years anyway, but hey....Has Schild ever lived there?

Or maybe he's getting into the California spirit of things, or something.

Also, never take pictures looking up at people from knee-level. It's not flattering, for almost anyone.

I can help.

1) Eat when you are not hungry. It is a nice relief from boredom.
2) Eat as fast as humanly possible. That way, your body doesn't get the message you are full until well after you have stuffed yourself sick.
3) Drink a lot of beer and other alcohol.
4) Lead a sedentary lifestyle.
5) Keep getting older. Father Time will punch you in the 'nads eventually.

B) Bruce scares me...he looks like one of those "quiet types" who lives with his mother and makes human skin lamp shades from hitch-hikers.

I know.  This thread was the direct result of a direct sighting.  I have been browsing for most of the day because I'm bored at work.

Schild is undoubtedly getting plied with drink and possibly amorous advances.

The only plus side is that his arse won't be too sore in the morning.

Now, on the frontpage ads next to the bunnies...

"Children's bible study: This kids bible study is designed specifically for smaller churches"
"Faith: Leading students to christ heaven: Teach your students how"
"Youth ministry Mega-Site: 150+ PowerPoint Lessons, handouts, over 700 Articles, Training $9.95"
"Discount Bible Prices: Thompson, Scofield, Dake Bibles KJV, NASB, NIV, NKJV, RSV, NRSV."

I wonder how it can tell that I react with an almost religious fervor to cute women?

Edit: Grammar snake was here.

I was on the list for Efocus however I had to take my girls up to Palmdale to stay with their aunt for the rest of the week so I would be free to do all three days and evenings of E3.  It was great being able to not have to worry about getting home at certain times or finding a sitter to cover the days.  Plus I got to go to the escapist party and do some dancing along with having a couple margaritas and when I say a couple, I mean four.  shhhhh

Title: Re: EFocus 2006: Bunnies

At least when you say a couple you don't mean ten or fifteen. I still feel the Escapist party.

Hehe.. It's a shame we didn't bump into each other but there were so many people there to meet up with.  I had my badge on just in case I bumped into someone that might know me somehow. ;p   JR from Warcry was like "Who are you and why should I know you?"  I told him and he goes "OMG... SACHANT!  We met last year at E3!"  It took me a couple but I was like "Oh yeah!  I remember you!"  Then Lum came over to the bar to which we 'met' for the first time the second time since Sean (Ashen) didn't realize he and I have met in the past. ;)

It was a good time but the next morning was a killer.  I was there helping MMORPG.com since I didn't have a company behind me and had an interview with Webzen at 9a.m.  I was up til 2 a.m. and for me FOUR margaritas is pretty rough plus Sean had them make the fourth a double. LOL  I got to meet up with the guys from Spellbound, Tentonhammer people and a bunch of others.  It was the best party I've been to in ages.

He was pounding the liquor for as long as the bar was open.  When they started charging, he cooled off a bit.

An open bar is hard to resist, though.  I never drink, just because I hate the taste, but with Yoru's help experimented with a few drinks and finally found one that I could not only tolerate, but enjoy.  It may be a bitch drink, but I am nothing if not bitchy.

I was drinking glasses of Ketel One and Grey Goose the whole night. I had them spike it with about 1/5th red bull so I couldn't just be carrying around a thing of vodka. I could not taste the redbull and after about 5 glasses I couldn't taste the vodka either.

It was totally worth it.
