Schild is only an effective leadership rolemodel because he sparks conflict through his ability to champion really stupid causes then claim everyone but him is clearly ignorant on the subject. Without this obvious trolling disguised as a wizened moderator tending to his flock, all the pvp'ers would have already left. People like Triforcer, Cevik, Haemish and Paelos help out too.
F13's version of Trammel for me was when they took Den posting rights from those of us who dont pay for premium content by sacrificing our time to actually write something intelligent that someone somewhere might find useful.
