There is a post about it on the tech help official forum. You have to pm 2 specific CSRs and they set you up a forum handle manually. Only they are on holiday until tuesday. And if you don't have a forum handle you can't pm them. I used the same station account for EQ, SWG, and EQ2. I was able to read and post to the boards for all 3. That stuff above is either very recent, or nonsense.
