I've previously gotten the base game + Horizon Signal as part of another bundle, but I haven't played it. One thing to know about Stellaris DLC is that their ratings in Steam are lower than you might expect because a lot of people don't think they are good value for their retail prices, not that they think the content is bad per se.
Utopia is the one most people consider to be a "must have" if you are going to get any DLC, with Leviathans and Apocalypse being a step down for that. When it starts to get stale, just add some mods for extra flavour and you are set for another good round.
