Title: Devs Post by: Stewie on April 10, 2020, 11:09:05 PM Not sure why this show doesn't have a thread but it's been an absolutely great sci-fi miniseries.
It's written and directed by Alex Garland (Ex Machina) and is about a tech company in San Francisco. Only 8 episodes long, last one is next week. I strongly recommend watching. It especially seemed suited for most of the people who post on this board. The ending almost could have worked, on the premise that But where it failed was that If they'd literally just skipped those scenes and made the gizmo a little more mysterious (so we were mainly taking the word of the head guy that it worked the way he said it did), the ending would have worked fine. |
