Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: Trippy on June 03, 2019, 04:34:17 PM It reminded me of Horizon Zero Dawn at the start and then went off to the Portal zone. :awesome_for_real:

Mo clones Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: Teleku on June 03, 2019, 08:33:09 PM Looks interesting, though I really hope they just didn't give away the entire plot with that trailer, and whats going on is actually a lot different.
Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: Ironwood on June 04, 2019, 11:04:37 AM I am fairly sure they gave away the entire plot with that trailer.
Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: Draegan on June 06, 2019, 05:32:05 AM Cool so I just watched the movie?
Saved me a few hours. Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: schild on June 07, 2019, 10:14:01 PM this is bad
and not because the trailer gave anything away Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: Fordel on June 08, 2019, 05:17:22 PM My only question is:
Are the robots the villains and does Mom-bot have NEFARIOUS plans? Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: schild on June 08, 2019, 05:21:49 PM My only question is: Are the robots the villains and does Mom-bot have NEFARIOUS plans? this is post nefarious plan with hillary swank out there stirring up trouble over something that's already in the past also it's bad the huge twist at the end is bad and i'd ruin it but it's not a huge twist and its bad and obvious Title: Re: I am Mother Post by: justdave on June 16, 2019, 03:28:24 PM Man, my taste in movies really sucks sometimes and even I was disappointed with this. It was like an extended version of one of the shitty episodes of Black Mirror. JJ Abrams-grade plot holes. And yeah, the 'twist' ending is so heavily telegraphed I was surprised not to see Samuel Morse get a writing credit.
It probably didn't help that all I could hear during scenes of extreme robot gravitas was the cursing Boston Dynamics spoof robot in my head. |
