I'd really like to see Hollywood toning down the amount of hard headshots people take during fights and just bounce up from. I had to go look up whether or not this was a superhero movie after seeing that 120lb woman take a half dozen hard headshots and keep going. I get the aesthetic in how they're trying to make the fight 'gritty' but it doesn't look right, too much of a reality suspension.

I wasn't a fan of the amount of times she was dazed with no follow up from the attacker.  But the fights are getting better over all so I'm not too upset

This was a mixed bag but overall I didn't regret watching it at all. Soundtrack and setting were fun. Actors were fun though McAvoy's character was oddly designed. I thought the fights were mainly well done. It was a very teal/orange movie and it didn't do the best job explaining itself but whatever had Theron being hot and badass and plenty of violence. There are worse things you'll watch in any given week I'm sure.

I really enjoyed it, and largely agree with what Hoax said.

Although the one scene with the one particular weapon made me wince.  Ew.
