You have to make the machines many times because the bosses don't always drop ring components and the machines are consumed on use.

Is it possible to craft any of the fancy stuff?  My blacksmith and gemcrafter are unable to advance in level enough to use any of the various recipes that drop, because apparently "death's breath" doesn't drop until RoS?

I've got all the keys to make a machine, but I'm on the EU servers and you're all asleep when I'm online so that's no use at all. Sorry.

Why would anyone play this on EU servers? Does lag even exist in this game?

Managed to get both the Ring of Hate (I think) and the Infernal Machine plans. So I guess I should just start farming keys.

Yeah at this point I've stopped playing D3 until the expansion hits. I'm already over Paragon 70, and I can't find any upgrades of consequence. I'm going to replace all my shit anyway when it goes to level 70.

I did log in today because it's my one day off a week during tax season, and I finished my barbarian storyline since I reset my quests. I haven't decided if I want to level something else. I have no other characters.

Yes.  That's rather odd.  I'd understand having a not very leveled DH, but only one dude ??

Particularly for someone who was still playing over the last year.  I quit ages ago but still had a Monk in the 20s, a barb at level 3 and a Hardcore WD at level 8.

Well before they changed paragon, the idea of splitting time wasn't appealing.

With the +50% exp bonus until the RoS launch, it's a pretty good time to level another character or two. Mages are hard to not have fun with.

I was sad when you grew up and became an accountant.  I wanted you to be a surfer.  I don't know why, just did.  Maybe it's the hair.  Then again, I wanted Schild to be a fabric designer and write snarky contemporary novels whilst laying about on sheets he designed himself.  I thought he would be the new John Updike.  Kids always disappoint. 

It's okay I was a caddy for a long period of time while I was writing. Now I have a job, and a good gig with a sports blog.

Also, I can snowboard, not surf, but it's close.
