EDIT TWO, ELECTRIC BOOGALOO: It appears to be named Bat County Community, which would explain why it was hard to find! So while I'm at it, is there a quick way to chat on community lines? Because I haven't been able to figure one out. But I think the community function stuff is a little buggy at the moment.
The easiest way is to right click on the chat line, I think and it'll give you a list of things you can chat in. Keep in mind you have to "join" the chat in the Communities tab. I dunno why they didn't just cut and paste some of this functionality from WoW.
