tl;dr

-Heimer nerfed massively, most likely nobody will play him in normal or sub 1300 ranked for awhile.
-Shaco gets smacked w/ nerfbat hard. Clone lasts half as long and has a longer cooldown PLUS he can't jitb while stealthed anymore which is basically a massive fuck you to Shaco.
-Kennen gets a huge buff to his ult but does not get the proposed major tweak to his lightning ball skill that might have made him FOTW, he could be a new piece of AOE teams if they make a comeback in the new meta this patch creates.
-Malphite redone, big dps buff removed from his W and changed to give him way more armor which gives him more tank and more synergy so all abilities improved overall.
-First set of tweaks to Vlad and Galio go in + no more dodges against Nasus or Poppy's big hits.
-Kog Maw changed. Does anyone even know what Kog Maw did prior to changes? Will anyone care now? Seems unlikely. I was wrong Kog can do absolutely insane fucking dps now. He's as good dps as anyone it feels like from 3 games with the new patch when people haven't even perfected their item builds. He has no real aoe and only the slime slow for escape but still that level of dps must make him viable.
