Martial arts / ninja costume pieces for $10.  (http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/news_archive/the_city_of_heroes_super_boost.html)

Helps keep the earnings per player up, I'm guessing.

They got mine. That's pretty much nine bucks of travel power right there. It's not quite as good as a full one but it's a decent clip.

Is there a reuse timer on the run/jump or is it a toggle/inherent?

It's a toggle. Comparable end drain with a "real" travel power, suppresses like one too, stacks with Sprint, Swift, Hurdle, and specific AT buffs.

Also you always do a flip at the top of your jump. Always.

But but it's more fun when the flip is random and you constantly jump everywhere just to see how many flips in a row you can get :awesome_for_real:
