That's pretty much nine bucks of travel power right there. It's not quite as good as a full one but it's a decent clip. Comparable end drain with a "real" travel power, suppresses like one too, stacks with Sprint, Swift, Hurdle, and specific AT buffs. Also you always do a flip at the top of your jump. Always.
