Having used this name as my online handle pretty much forever, there wasn't really a choice in the matter.  The fact that I think it's a genuinely fun champion to play is just gravy.

Don't get too attached, I'd be a bit shocked if his crit stacking ability doesn't get nerfed a bit.

Yeah, I saw some people complaining about that on the forums.  Of course, I am biased, but I think it's a bullshit complaint.  He's very squishy if the enemy gets close enough, and his damage isn't the most reliable in the world, being crit-centric.  If anybody needs a nerf, it's fucking Ashe.  I have not ever encountered a player using ashe where they weren't slowing the fuck out of me and kiting to their hearts content.

At least that's my take so far, as I'm only about 30 games in.

Pirate will probably get a nerf, but I'm not entirely sure he needs one. The crit stacking is annoying, but the bigger problem is that the damage converts to magic damage. Fixing it would be that simple a tweak and he'd go back to a damage stacking meleer with a ranged Q and a slightly annoying ult.

Well, I have a feeling this might replace a large amount of my CS time, so I intend to keep up with the rest of you fools.
Ashe: maybe not quite overpowered, but she's definitely very easy to play, pretty good throughout the entire round, and reminds me of some of the most bullshit heroes in the various DotA maps back in the war3 days.

She's supposed to be easy, it's why she's in the tutorial. It's coincidental she's one of the best pure damage carries in the game (mostly because the only other option REALLY for pure damage is Yi, and he's not ranged).

In my opinion, she's a combo between Drow Ranger and PotM.

Oh for sure, he doesn't need a big nerf, if his attacks were all versus armor it wouldn't be as big a deal.  I'd like to see them fix that first and then evaluate if his ult is too good or not, I'm not sure it is but in combination with the stupid crits the pistol can get its hard not to get pissed off at him.

Once you realize how terrible PvP.net is run and how they will apparently never fix network bugs or add additional game modes it really becomes much less addictive.  (servers currently down, they go down almost every weekend at prime for hours)

Boot camp is great, however last time I did it I'm certain the weird graphics driver issues caused my card to melt. So I'll just wait till they get their heads out of their asses or wait for Dota 2.
