So, Marvel has sued Cryptic and NCsoft claiming copyright infringement because players can make characters that look like Marvel's. They also claim Statesman is a "rip-off" of Captain America. The actual suit is public knowledge, but I don't have good place to post it. Discuss amongst yourselves.
