Your pre-order key won't work, I had to click the send info button on my account page to receive my retail key.

(I figured it out by myself while he and I were talking.) He wasn't informed about the D2D stuff and needed the info to tell others.
I can only imagine how hard they were slammed over at Customer Service for Mythic. |
