7 Critical security fixes, mostly Office-related this time around including a Mac Office security flaw plus an IE and Exchange update as well.

They also finally realized after like 10 years that maybe putting all the important security updates in one place would be a good idea so you can also try this link if you don't mind installing yet another ActiveX control and then you'll be able to see both Windows and Office updates from update.microsoft.com:
