The guy who did it takes helicopters to the tops of remote mountains in the middle of nowhere and then skis down them. I highly doubt if he had ever had an insurance policy. I also think I recall hearing in another Warren Miller film (or maybe later in the same one) that the guy in the bat suit died in an avalanche.
