Cooking Mama for the Wii is so much fun. I love the chick's voice, although it reminds me too much of "Good! Toshi!" Who else is playing?

I didn't know it was out yet.  I'll be playing it soon.

I need to get a TV so I can look wistfully into the sky, wishing for a Wii. Because jesus, those fuckers haven't been in stock here pretty much ever.

Well after spending the past 1.5 months on house obsession, it is really so nice to have time to fuck around with a mindless game. I will soon be too busy in the field to play, but for now I am happy.  :hello_kitty:

This is one of those things that Voodoolily talks about and I actually have to Google it just to figure out if it's real. In this case, it's real. Honestly, this is getting dangerously close to the type of game where you're cleaning the house for points. Kids will be playing "Housecleaner Xtreme" while their parents will bitch that they never pick up the room.

What Schild said, and I will submit that ChibiRobo was superb.  My wife did make the inevitable "You are playing a game where you clean a house, while you don't clean around here?"  The correct response is "If I could clean the house with a WaveBird, you could eat off of the floor."  And, well, doing dishes for real is no fun; I don't get Happy Points, I just get Nag Points if I don't do them.

Also, Schild, I don't know what's in your Amazon crate, but personally the thing I hope that gets me out of my current malaise is Atelier Iris 3.

Negative reinforcement for the lose.  She liked Chibi-Robo enough to start her own save file, though.  You are ostensibly a cleaning robot in the game, but you're more like Monk, I guess, solving crimes while obsessing over tidyness.  It is also quite funny.

I'm sure I will get Cooking Mama one day.  Bowling still has legs around here.

How the fuck do you stir?

It's driving me nuts.  I know how to stir, but I can't stir.

TELL ME ABOUT IT. I've gone from perfect to "Try Harder" more times than I care to mention because of this. If you're stirring batter or whatever you turn the Wiimote upside down to stir, but if it's in one of those timed parts where you hafta add ingredients and change temps I always get the Blue X of "You're Not Mine!!"

I don't know what's wrong with you guys.  Stirring is really easy.

Peeling sucks on the DS version too. That and measuring water/rice is what keeps me from getting Golds on everything.
