According to Famitsu 88400 PS3 have been sold in Japan in the first two days since launch. That is more than the amount of X-Box 360 that have been sold in Japan in all of 2006 (84950 as of 11.01.06)

I find myself unenthused about this coming generation since I am now poor thanks to college shit and incidentals along with having to call into work off and on for the last 2 months due to having to cart people around to doctor/hospital visits and helping people move. That's too funny.  I saw the one that went for over 3K, which didn't really surprise me, but 15K?  Like I keep saying... some people just have more dollars than sense, I guess. 

Someone here did a search for ps3, completed auctions only, sort by highest price.  The top one was $114,000 which I'm sure is either a joke or some guy messing around but some of the others were at $8,000.

Once again, page 5. Buy it nows for $1500. Someone picked a price, madde a bunch of Buy It Nows - and that is what they'll go for. I don't even believe these ones around 2k are real.

One of my best friends got one since the Best Buy he works at got another shipment in they weren't expecting, much later in the day after the first one was LONG gone.

He's going to Ebay it and use the money he makes to pay his bills and pick up a new washing machine, which was enough to subdue my desire to murder him for being an Ebayer.

Played some Genji (which, imo, is the best looking next gen game out there), Resistance, and watched some Fifth Element.

I've yet to crack into Knight's Tale, Talladega Nights, Silent Hill, Gundam or Ridge Racer 7.

I got a good look at a PS3 last night in Target.  Reminds me of KITT, just needs a crawling light on the front.  But then the chrome would make it look like a Cylon.  It's really shiny.
