The Columbine killers were kids, though, no? This was a grown man. If the cops hadn't killed him, I'm sure he would have suffered the most extreme penalty. He didn't sound insane or anything, just sick and stupid. I never understood the "thing" some people have about vampires outside the realm of fantasy. I can think of nothing even slightly fun about blood.

(Like this board wouldn't :P) Supposedly it was made to raise awareness of the tragedy and show it is disturbed individuals that do such things and that games are not murder simulators which teach children how to kill ala JT's claims.

Consecutive life sentences at the most. Unless he was a homophobe. Well, then that's just downright awful and it would be worse than the death penalty. At work they sent out an e-mail telling us to avoid press calls in regards to this incident and the involvement of games. Apparently some knob at one of our stores was stupid enough to say games could make people do it. |
