Title: Northwest Airlines cares about it's future ex-employees
Post by: Kail on August 18, 2006, 12:53:25 PM
Apologies if this has been posted already, but I thought it was amazing.

I guess Northwest distributed flyers to it's employees (http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/News/TryDumpsterDivingAirlineTellsWorkers.aspx?GT1=8404) on "how to save money" to help brace employees for the shock of their new, smaller paychecks.

Quote
In one section, called "Preparing for a Financial Setback," Northwest suggests that workers can take "a date for a walk along the beach or in the woods." It also says they should not be "shy about pulling something you like out of the trash."

Yeah, quickly retracted, they said they apologize for some things that may have been "insensitive".

"When preparing for a royal assfucking from your employer, a generous application of lube can go along way toward easing discomfort."

Goddamn, that's the prick in the ass without lube if ever I've heard of it.

I'm trying to wrap my head around the meetings/processes that resulted in those being printed up.  I'd have paid good money just to watch/listen.  Unreal.

The meetings likely involved a rousing orgy of sheep strangling.
