Two Wii titles get dates, prices

Australian publisher QVS lists dates and prices for two Wii titles: Metal Slug Anthology will arrive on November 17 at $89.95 and Mercury Type R will arrive February 12 at the same price point.  It should be apparent that those are Australian dollars.  At least, I hope so.

Conversion is saying that's still $70 USD...I hope that's not indicative of US prices.

EA already said it would price its games at $50 to match the price of first party games for Wii. It would be stupid to go over the price of first party games and one of the largest third party retailers.

If you import games from Australia, you deserve what you get.

$90 Aus has been the standard release price for PC games for years now, and console games can be $100-$110.  Some x-box360 games are even releasing at $120.
