I'm assuming you are referring to the mod Megrim linked. I DL'd it and tried it out, and for myself, didn't care for it. However when I was messing with it I just installed the prog as per the instructions and it ran just fine for me. It even put a modded "DoW Pro" icon on my desktop. I found this on the site (http://dowpro.vorbereitungstagung.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=14&Itemid=25), it doesn't look complicated maybe you downloaded something else? Hitting the archives a couple of pages back brings me to an exe that might work. I'll give it a shot.
