Most people over a certain age certainly own a yellow shirt or two already. Along with red, pink, green, orange, blue and purple shirts. Its customary to celebrate each day of the week by wearing a shirt or sarong of a different color. Its actually a very charming local custom. The shortage is being caused because people don't just want to wear their yellow shirts on Mondays at the moment, and because the young, who don't typically follow the color customs are getting swept up in the passion to celebrate their King. So, its odd for us, but not too surprising.
