I grew up in Florida. As young dumb kids we loved it when hurricanes came because it meant good waves for surfing. Ive seen them blow sand so hard down a street it stripped the paint off of cars. The concept that some vague wandering of the 30 - 50 mile across eye-walls of three 200 - 300 miles across hurricanes in 2000 is somehow an indictment from god just struck a nerve as the worst kind of silly shit that people buy into and repeat.

The quote is a complete joke! Pat Robertson did make a dumbass remark very similar to what I quoted above about the devastation in New Orleans. When I saw the Fox News bit about Kennedy's plane I added the Robertson quote for comedy value. I thought someone would have figured it out by now. :-D Title: Re: Lightning Strikes! If God were pissed off at Teddy and wanted to make a statement about it, he'd have turned the plane into melted aluminum slag. And in reality Pat Robertson said something nearly as dumb....he just made the dumb ass remark about New Orleans rather than Kennedy.
